Fei Tian College admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the College. In the letter and spirit of applicable laws, it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, or any other applicable legally protected status in the administration of its educational programs.
The College is committed to a policy of equal treatment and opportunity in every aspect of its relations with its faculty and staff, without regard to race, color, or any other applicable legally protected basis. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, hiring or appointment, selection for training, transfer, layoff, evaluation and advancement, rates of pay and other forms of compensation, and participation in College-sponsored programs.
In accordance with this policy and as delineated by federal and state law, the College is committed to basing judgments concerning the admission, education, and employment of individuals upon their qualifications and abilities.
The College Catalog shall contain the following, or like, statement:

It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial aid programs, and other College-administered programs.”
All other College publications, such as brochures, application forms, advertisements, and catalogs dealing with student admissions, programs, and financial aid may contain the following brief, or like, version of the nondiscrimination policy:
“Fei Tian College admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.”
The College is committed to providing equal opportunities for qualified employees and students with disabilities in the spirit of the state and federal laws and regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504).
